APACT vs spreadsheets
Your blotter spreadsheet vs one trade record
Many desks run on a blotter workbook, a confirm template and an invoice sheet, with the same deal typed into each. APACT books the deal once. Confirms, invoices and end-of-day reports all draw on that ticket.

FAQ
Moving off spreadsheets
Can we still work in Excel?
Yes. APACT keeps the record, and trade lists export to CSV and analytics to Excel for your own analysis. End-of-day reports download as CSV or PDF.
Do counterparties need an account?
No. APACT emails the confirm to the buyer and the seller, so counterparties don't need to log in.
How do we move off our blotter spreadsheet?
We set up your desks, products, counterparties and commission rates with you at onboarding, and match end-of-day reports to how your desks are organized.
What does it cost?
APACT is priced per broker seat, plus a platform fee set by the number of brokers that covers your admin and ops seats. There are no per-trade fees. During the beta, pricing is set with each firm. See pricing →
